Description

Our monsters don’t need a Christmas tree in every house! They need just one - that will delight all of them and unite the whole neighborhood! Now everyone has a chance to contribute something they do best, and the result? The best Christmas cheer ever!

Plot

Om Nom is putting lights on his house and Nibble Nom is coloring the baubles, but he gets tired when doing a big bauble. Om Nom spins the bauble, and Nibble Nom paints a picture of himself, Om Nom and Om Nelle on a sleigh, with snow and extra details.

Handsome has baked a gingerbread man, with the top of it resembling his hair. He shows it to Om Nom, who bites the hair off the gingerbread man.

Om Nom makes garland in the shape of himself, Om Nelle and Nibble Nom, and Baby Angry makes garland in the shape of a reindeer.

Grandma is knitting a sock, and Om Nom tries to knit one, but he does not get the desired results, so Grandma knits the sock for him.

Scientist Nom is making two trees, and Om Nom notices and disturbs her, causing her to drop the chemical into the jar, creating a big tree.

Groom breaks some rock on a mountain, and they land next to Om Nom, and when Groom lands, he reveals that it is a snowman, so Om Nom puts a hat on it.

After Om Nom gets everyone (except Baby Angry) around the tree and puts the decorations on it, Giant puts a star on it, but the star is too heavy, and it ends up ruining the tree. However, Nibble Nom puts the decorations on Giant, who is the substitute for the tree.

Trivia

• On December 23, 2021, a rarer alternative version of the episode was released. This version is mainly seen on official English channels. The differences between each version (and a table for comparison) are as follows:
  • When the scene transitions from Handsome's to Baby Angry's, in the normal version, Handsome's gingerbread man is intact, but in the alternative version, it is headless.
  • In Baby Angry's scene, Om Nom has gold scissors in the normal version, and blue scissors in the alternative version. Also, Baby Angry's scissors are hedge trimmers in the normal version, and green scissors in the alternative version.
  • In Scientist Nom's scene, she has no protective gear in the normal version, but she has a visor and gloves on in the alternative version.
  • In Groom's scene, he has a wood and metal hammer in the normal version, and a toy hammer in the alternative version. Also, the yellow background when the hammer is revealed is removed, but to compensate for it, a red background is added when Groom strikes the rock with the hammer. Additionally, Groom and the carved rocks are made smaller (evidenced by the sky and mountain being put closer). They return to normal size when they start rolling down the mountain.
