SmartNom is the second episode of Season 23 and the thirty-second episode of the New Neighbors era of Om Nom Stories.
Description[]
Om Nom is having fun exploring the apps on his smartphone! He can do so many things – from playing with the camera to navigating in the neighbourhood, from sending emojis to playing virtual drums. Even get directions to the nearest yummy apple!
Plot[]
Handsome is walking through Nomcity, when Om Nom takes a picture of him. The application allows Om Nom to customize the picture, so he does so, but Handsome physically has the decorations on him. He takes a picture of Om Nom and customizes it, and Om Nom has the decorations physically. Groom appears, so Om Nom and Handsome take a picture of him and turn him into a rabbit.
Starrah is playing a drum while Om Nom is dancing along to the beat, and Starrah increases the tempo, but she accidentally pierces a hole through the drum. Thankfully, Om Nom has a virtual drum set installed on his smartphone, so Starrah uses that instead.
Om Nom is hungry, so he looks for directions home, knowing that there would be apples there. He is concentrating so much on the smartphone that he falls into a bush, walks over Giant, and knocks the door off the hinges, before grabbing an apple from a bowl that Om Nelle put on the table and eating it.
Om Nom, Om Nelle and Nibble Nom are watching television, and Om Nom sends an emoji to Nibble Nom, who sends one back to Om Nom. They keep exchanging emojis to each other before Om Nelle decides to interrupt by sending an emoji of her own.
