Cycle Race is the third episode of Season 5 of Om Nom Stories.
Plot[]
In Paris, France, Om Nom is riding a bicycle, and locks it up so he can have a picnic, but the basket is unintentionally stolen by a chicken racing three more in a bicycle race. Om Nom unlocks his bicycle and cycles to the chicken with the basket, but the chicken only notices him, and proceeds to go faster. After gaining more speed at a roundabout, he notices that there is a hole in the road. The chicken uses a plank to go over it, but Om Nom hits a roadworks sign, flies over the hole and sits on his bicycle the wrong way, noticing the other chickens. After gaining more speed, he tries to get the picnic basket off the chicken's bike. After struggling up a hill, they quickly go down it, and Om Nom realizes that he does not need to pedal. They crash into a bakery, spilling baguettes over the road. Om Nom uses one to retrieve the basket, but it gets shredded by the spokes on the chicken's bicycle. Om Nom crashes into the chicken's bicycle, which falls apart, and they stop just before falling down some stairs. They do so with awkward movements, and Om Nom's bicycle falls apart, leaving only the front wheel and the handlebar. They manage to get first, and Om Nom now has the opportunity to eat his croissant.
