A Chase at the Museum is the eighth episode of Season 27 of Om Nom Stories.
Description[]
Om Nom, Nibble Nom, and Spider were having a blast playing cards when, zap, they found themselves in a mysterious museum! Just then, a precious blue gem apple vanished. Of course, everyone thought it was Spider, who can never resist his cheaty inner self. This sparked a wild chase, zooming through exhibits and even into space! And there were mummies involved, too. Detective Nibble Nom is hot on the trail, but in a surprising twist Spider proves his innocence. So, who really took the treasure?
Plot[]
After playing their card game, Om Nom, Nibble Nom and Spider get transported to a science museum. Om Nom and Nibble Nom (security guards) are defending the blue gem apple, but they soon notice that it is stolen. Nibble Nom notices footprints leading to Spider. Om Nom and Nibble Nom try to find Spider and notice that he is in a box, but they find him dressed up as a mummy. Spider causes Nibble Nom to accidentally hit a switch, turning on a fan that removes Spider's paper. Spider then jumps off a Newton's cradle and Om Nom catches him, but he falls into a volcano model and Spider leaves by stealing a rocket. Nibble Nom and Om Nom chase them by launching themselves from the volcano model, and they enter the rocket. Om Nom accidentally pushes a lever backwards, shutting down the rocket, and Nibble Nom presses a green button, activating a parachute. It crashes through the museum roof and Nibble Nom orders Spider to give back the blue gem apple, but Nibble Nom notices that Spider's footprints are smaller than the footprints Om Nom and Nibble Nom noticed just after the blue gem apple was removed from the display. They discover that Om Nom is the actual thief, but the trio return to their card game.
